      Ingredients For Preparing The Colorful Rainbow Mousse:

      • 1 Cup Cheese Cream
      • ¼ Cup Condensed Milk
      • ½ Cup White Chocolate
      • 3 Tbsp Icing Sugar
      • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
      • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
      • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
      • Gel Colors
      • Rainbow Sprinkles, for decoration
      • Cherries, fordecoration

      Steps To Make Rainbow Mousse?

        Directions For Making The Crust In Rainbow Mousse:

        • I have used multigrain digestive biscuits. You can use also cookies or crackers as well.
        • All you need here is an electric mixer for blending the biscuits well or you can use the rolling pin to make the biscuit crumbs
        • When the biscuit will be crushed, just add the unsalted, melted butter with it.
        • Now, give it a good mix so that the whole biscuit crumbs are pleasantly coated with the butter.
        • Next, take a glass and transfer the mixture into the glass and then press it so that the crumbs will be set.
        • In the end, keep the pan in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes to set it down.

        Directions For Preparing The Colorful Rainbow Mousse:

        • Take the white chocolate in a microwave bowl and add the milk with that and heat it in themicrowave until it will be melted fully.
        • Then, keep the white chocolate bowl aside to cool it down.
        • Grab anotherbig size bowl and add the cream cheese and vanilla essence and whisk it withthe help of an electric blender.
        • Next, take abowl and place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to get the best result. Otherwise, you can use any bowl at room temperature for making the whippedcream.
        • After that, keep the whipping cream in the cold bowl and whisk it with the help of anelectric beater until the cream will reach to medium peaks. Then, add the icingsugar and mix it properly until it set foot on to the stiff pick.
        • Finally, add ½of the whipped cream into the cheese cream and fold it slightly with the help of a spatula. After mixing it well, again fold remaining whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
        • Next, you need to evenly divide the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture into differentbowls depending on the how many gel colors you want to use in you rainbowmousse.
        • I have used lime green (combination of green & yellow) and sky (combination of blue andwhite) in my rainbow mousse. But, you can use more color layers as per yourchoice.                              

        Assembly Of Rainbow Mousse:

        • The first thing you need to do here is assembly a Mousse in a glass.
        • Now, start the layering.
        • First, place the biscuit crust in the glass and just flat the top section of the cheese cream with the help of a spoon.
        • Then set the glass in the refrigerator for minutes.
        • After that, take a piping bag Transfer the sky bluecream mixture into the piping bag and let it come to the front side of the bagby pressing it.
        • Next, remove the glass from the fridge after settingit up.
        • Just press the piping bag so that, the batter will be released as a layer in the glass above the biscuit crust.
        • Then again refrigerate it for 5 minutes and get it out from the fridge.
          Rainbow Sprinkles
        • Now prepare the third layering with biscuit crust and refrigerate it and do the forth layering with the help of another piping bag afilled with lime green color cream.
        • In this way you have to continue the process of layering with biscuit crust and different colored cream. I used white cream atthe top most layer.
        • Lastly, decorate your mousse with a piece of cherry and add some rainbow sprinkles on it.
