      For Vanilla Sponge Or Cake:

      • 5 Pieces Leftover Chocolate Cake Or Brownie (The quantity here depends on how much leftover cake you have at your home)

      For Making Chocolate Ganache:

      • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
      • 2 Cup Dark Chocolate
      • ½ Cup Butter

       For Whipped Cream:

      • Cup Whipping Cream
      • 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
      • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Ganache
      • 1 tsp Vanilla Or Chocolate Essence

      For Decoration:

      • Cup Chocolate Whipped Cream
      • 1 Pack Kit-kat Chocolate
      • 5 Tbsp Chocolate Ganache
      • 6 Pieces Cherry

      Instructions
       

      For Making Chocolate Ganache:

      • In order to make chocolate ganache mix 1 cup fresh cream, 2 cup dark chocolate, along with ½ cup butter in a bowl and blend until the texture turns smooth.
      • 1 cup fresh cream, should be heated for 20 seconds.
      • 2 cups dark chocolate, should be mixed with 2 Tbsp of butter.
      • By using a spatula, thoroughly combine the ingredients and heat for 10 seconds.
      • Allow some time for it to cool before using it.

      NOTE: Use the same cup to measure all here ingredients and mix with a spatula.

        Process Of Chocolate Whipped Cream:

        • Take a bowl and pour 1½ cup whipping cream. With an electric beater, beat at a modest pace.
        • Add 1 Tbsp powdered sugar in multiple batch, when bubbles appears.

        NOTE: Don't mix the powdered sugar at a time. Mix it gadually.

        • Using a high-powered mixer, beat until a firm peak develops.
        • Add chocolate or vanilla essence and refrigerate for ½ hour.

        For Making The Chocolate Cherry Cake Dessert From The Leftover Cake:

        • Keep aside 2 to 3 pieces of leftover chocolate cakes in a bowl.
        • In a bowl, combine 5 or 6 pieces of leftover chocolate cake.
        • Add 2 Tbsp chocolate ganache, 1 Tbsp chocolate whipped cream with the chocolate cake in the same bowl.
        • Then, using a spoon or spatula, thoroughly combine everything.
        • Take a flat tray and pour all of the mixture into it, pressing it down to ensure that the cake mixture is set. Keep the tray in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes until it is cold.
        • Fill a nozzle fitted piping bag halfway with chocolate whipped cream.
        • With the help of a nozzle and a piping bag, decorate as desired.
        • In between the designs, place the Kit-Kat chocolate.
        • To finish, add cherries to the top.
        • Spinkle some chocolate chips from the top.

        Pro Tips: You can also add dry fruits or fruit and nut chocolates instead of Kit Kat and buy a black forest ice cream box. Then serve it with black forest ice cream.
