Tips For Making No-Bake Mango Cheesecake:
Isn’t it really simple to make? Let’s just make it unchallenging with some tips and processes. I’ve put together some of them so that, you can make the no-bake mango cheesecake effortlessly.
- Gelatine powder is very important here in this recipe as there is no baking done in the oven. If you are not using gelatine powder, your cheese cream cake will start melting even after setting it up in the oven.
- Vegetarians can also go for veg gelatine powder available in the market.
- If the gelatine powder is not melted up even after keeping it for 15 minutes, microwave it for just 3 seconds and cool it down and then use it.
- Whenever you will make the cheesecake, it is always recommended to use a pan with a removable bottom.
- Do not use the icing sugar initially while you are going to whisk the whipping cream. First, whisk the whipping cream with the help of an electric beater. And when your whipped cream will be ready, then mix the icing sugar in the end.
- In a no-bake cheesecake, an important part is chilling or cooling it nicely for setting it up. I will recommend keeping the cheesecake in the coolest part of the refrigerator for a minimum of 8-10 hours or over the night.
- Are you thinking to skip the use of white chocolate here?
Don’t skip adding the white chocolate. It will give your cake a good thick creamy texture which will help set it up and also will enhance the taste of your cheesecake.
- Use all the ingredients at room temperature. It will maintain the quality and the taste of the cheesecake.
- Use only the good quality of heavy full fat cream cheese all the time. Otherwise, the cheesecake will be melted out and it will not set properly.
- Use lemon juice for a good texture.
- Every time, use canned mango puree or use the fresh and ripe sweet mangoes for this recipe.
