Pancakes are mainly starch mixed with some kind of liquid to make a batter( not a dough mixture) that is cooked in a pan very delicately, but not deep-fried.

As a starch, flour is used and liquid milk and eggs are used in pancakes.

    • 1 Tbsp Sugar, for egg yolk and flour batter
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar, for egg white foam
    • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
    • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
    • 1 Piece Egg White
    • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar
    • ½ tsp Oil
    • ½ tsp Water

    Instruction Of Making A Pancake

    • First, take sugar and an egg yolk in a bowl. Then mix well with the help of a whisk.

    • After that, mix the liquid milk and vanilla essence to that bowl. Again, give it a goodmix.
    • Now, pour the all-purpose flour with that egg yolk mixture and blend it nicely with the help of a whisk or with the hand blender. Keep the mixture aside.

    • Next, take another bowl and pour the egg white into it. Now add the lemon juice with the egg white.
    • Now it’s time to blend. Beat the egg white mixture for 1-2 minutes. Then add the sugar and beat the mixture until the stiff peaks form.

    • After that, add the white egg foam with the egg yolk mixture.
    • Finally the mixture is ready to fry.
    • Next, take a pan and place it over a medium flame burner. Then, just brush the oil or butter with the help of a silicone brush. Left it as it is for 1 minute to get it hot.
    • Now, pour ¼ Cup of foamy batter in the pan and cook it in a low or medium flame until the batter will form the bubbles on the top and will dry up at the edges of the pancake.
    • Move the spatula under the pancake from the edge side to unstick it from the pan.
    • Then, gently flip the pancake to the other side and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame after flip. Now, sprinkles some water in the side part of the pan and cookuntil it becomes light brown or golden.

    NOTE: Don’t use too much water and sprinkle the water very carefully, sothat water will not touch the pancakes.

    • Now, transfer the pancake onto a flat plate to let it be cool.
    • In this way, repeat the same process and make at least 4-5 pancakes with the same batter in a similar way.
    • When all the pancakes will be ready, keep the plate of the fluffy pancakes aside to cool it down at normal room temperature.
    • Now it’s time for the decoration! So, decorate it with a fruit of your choice.
    • Finally, your pancakes are ready. Serve the fluffy pancakes with honey on top of it.
